What are wooden toys made of ?
Our toys are generally made of solid wood as beech, alder or pine, we do also have items made with pressed and recycled wood, but those are only for toys and games over 6 years of age.
Why beech, alder and pine are good as wooden toys for children ?
Is wooden toys safe and durable ?
They are non toxic, eco friendly and colored with water-based dyes.
Wood can smell, as it's a natural material. If you want to remove it, simply use water to wash it or follow our cleaning guide.
Our wooden toys selection are safe and durable thanks to the process and the philosophy we followed to protect our environment.
Is it safe to order from you online?
Online safety is our top first priority! Our shopping cart is equipped with a Secure SSL Certificate to insure that all of your personal information are completely safe.
How long does it take for my order to be ready for shipping?
We do normally prepare your orders within 1 to 3 days. Your orders will be shipped within 1 to 5 days, depending on the stock availability. We have 2 different fullfilment centers in Ireland and in China. If there is a lack of availability from your nearest location, we will ship your orders from our international fullfilment center in China where we have our larger stock. An email confirmation will be sent as soon as your order will be ready for shipping.
How my order will be shipped?
We normally use the common post mail, to ensure you won't be charge extra fee for customs. You can either choose a faster shipping method with an extra fee. Please select the shipping method, or leave a special comment in the message box while you check out, for your order. We'll be happy to help you with a faster shipping method.
How can I track my order?
In most cases your order will be delivered within 7 to 25 business days from shipping. Your order can always be tracked. You will received an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is confirmed to be shipped. In some cases, if there is any unfortunate circumstances, we will proactively call or email you, in order to ensure you the best customer service experience, and get the tracking status of your item(s).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal as well. For safety reasons, we do not accept any payment through bank account.
How much will I be charged for shipping and handling?
We calculate our shipping costs based on item weight to your location. We use the National Post Service whenever possible, to save our customers money. The post office is more interesting in term of costs than UPS,DHL,FedEx ground, as you may have to pay customs taxes with all fast delivery carrier. Our packages always include a Delivery Confirmation Order.
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please check our refund policy, if you need more information. Do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
We mostly shipped within Europe, If you live outside EU, we could exceptionnally shipped in some countries. You can proceed to the check out page while you finish your order and leave a comment or contact us at email@example.com if you are not able to finalize the process.
