When do you proceed with shipping ?
As soon as your item will be ready for shipping, you will be notified by email and receive the information of the estimated time delivery.
Please allow 1-3 open days to proceed with your order.
Where do you deliver ?
We mostly shipped our wooden toys within all Europe, USA, Australia, and the rest of the world. The estimated time of delivery will be from 7 to 40 open days, depending on your location. Please note that we have different fullfilment center. We have 2 different fullfilment centers in Ireland and in China. If there is a lack of availability from your nearest location, we will ship your orders from our international fullfilment center in China where we have our larger stock. An email confirmation will be sent as soon as your order will be ready for shipping.
